Datuk Koh Nai Kwong is the Legal Adviser〔http://www.malaysianbar.org.my/legaldirectory/mfirmdetail.php?fid=4253〕 for Barisan Nasional for the state of Melaka. He is also the former Council Member for the state of Melaka on the task force of housing, local authorities, environment and transportation.〔http://adun.melaka.gov.my/〕
Koh is the politician and the Chief of MCA Bukit Katil Division, Melaka. He was a state legislative assembly member for the constituency of N.19 Kesidang, Melaka during the 2004–2008 term. He was later defeated by the DAP's Goh Leong San, candidate in the 12th General Election.
In the 13th General Election, Koh Nai Kwong won the parliamentary seat of Alor Gajah, Melaka.
